Egress
Egress sends your media out of LiveKit. Record LiveKit media and save it to a file storage service, or stream video from LiveKit to a third-party service.

Ingress brings media into LiveKit. If an external service produces an RTMP stream, Ingress can take that stream and publish it to a LiveKit Room.
